1. Returning Faulty / Not As Described / Not Fit For Purpose Goods
1a. In the unfortunate situation where your goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, please ensure you keep all packaging and contact our Customer Services team immediately. Once we have established the nature of the issue we will advise you on what can be done next.
1b. All claims regarding faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose goods made after 14 days will not be accepted. You have the right to a full refund up to 14 days in which we will arrange collection of the faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose goods and will issue a refund upon receipt of returned goods. To avoid any issues we advise that you contact our team before purchasing, to ensure you have the correct order, that you check the condition of your order immediately upon arrival, and that you contact us immediately upon delivery should damages be found.
2. Returning Unwanted Goods
2a. If you change your mind about the product when you receive it, you must notify us any time within 14 days of delivery and return it within 14 days for a full refund of the item/s (less P+P costs). Unfaulty items may be subject to a restocking charge. A refund will be made within 7 days of receiving your returned item(s) after inspection. If you are unsure about this please contact our team for assistance. Returns are made at your own cost, any costs incurred returning goods are not refundable.
2b. It is your responsibility to ensure that returned goods are unopened, unused and reach us in good condition. If goods are not returned to us in a satisfactory condition, you may incur further charges. If you would like us to collect the goods it will cost a minimum of £10 and will require further instructions to be supplied by ourselves upon request.
2c. For non-stock items or goods sent directly by our suppliers/distributors, it is company policy to reject all return requests. This also applies to bespoke or special order items including gold, copper or black finishes. If you are unsure whether this is the case with your order please contact us prior to making any purchases. Therefore, we strongly suggest checking you have ordered the correct products and your invoice reflects this.
3. Returning Goods for any other reason
3a. If you wish to return goods for any reason other than those above, please give us a call and we’ll be more than happy to help resolve your issue.

All goods should be well packed, in their original packaging, when you return them to us. Please DO NOT write on the product packaging and send to:
