[3]Unfortunately, the spares didn't fit my tap, but I knew this risk when I bought them. The company refunded me quickly and were a pleasure to deal with. Someone also offered me a new tap at a discount but I got my son to buy one instead. Thank you for your service.
[5]I can't believe how many spares this place has, saved my tap and my money. ?
[5]Replaced my Astracast tap! So pleased there is stock around since the original company. Spoke to a lovely gentleman over the phone to double check it was actually in stock. Polite and patient and got my tap after 4 days (ordered on a Thursday). I would recommend this product (and this brand even though they don't make them anymore.)
[5]Very good service and very helpful staff. The parts I ordered were delivered quickly. Thankyou
