Incredibly helpful! My partner and I had been struggling to replace a diverter valve for our shower and after months of anxiety and countless emails with Divapor (who, after I returned 2 valves that looked like the right ones on their website but were different when delivered, informed me they were unable to help.)
We were then quoted over £1,000 to remove tiles and replace the whole plumbing behind the wall. After more research I found Baker and Soars and saw that they sell the same brand as my shower, I made a quick call and they promptly confirmed they had the part! The gentleman on the phone informed me that if I paid before 2pm he would be able to take it to the post office on the same day. The parcel arrived a couple of days later despite the Bank Holiday (it was shipped with 24h tracked delivery).
We were able to fit it ourselves and it worked perfectly. I really can't thank them enough and would highly recommend!
